If you’ve ever had good company with someone, then you’ll know how crucial and meaningful it is for a good and meaningful life. I am a bookwork, an introvert and not too good in social situations. My bottom lip sticks to my upper lip like gum and I can’t seem to speak. Or if I do speak, it feels forced and full of effort, like dragging a stick through mud.

But in saying all of that, I’ve had good company before. We talked, listened, played games etc. I’ve had good company with people who I would never thought of as ‘good company’ mostly due to the magic of games which brings unlikely friends together.

Keeping good company and being a good company to others is an important life skill to have. So let’s make long lasting friends and also be a friend to our toughest critic, ourselves.
